These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Levoria website and your purchases from us. Please read them carefully. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Using our site
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
3. Products
We take care to display our products accurately, but images and colours are indicative and may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizing is approximate. We may update or discontinue products at any time.
4. Orders & contract
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We’ll send an order confirmation acknowledging receipt — this is not acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred), and if we do, we’ll refund any payment in full.
5. Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, along with any other payment options shown at checkout. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we’re not obliged to supply at the incorrect price and will let you know before dispatch.
6. Delivery & returns
We offer complimentary standard delivery on orders over $75 AUD; otherwise standard delivery rates apply and are shown at checkout. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under that law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Levoria name and logo, text, imagery, and design — is owned by or licensed to Levoria and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Levoria is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at our option) to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
